Our roots go back to 2020, when the business began in Houston. The business later operated in Fort Worth, Dallas, and San Antonio before returning to Houston. Today, Uptown Connect brings that experience to nonprofit outreach, helping organizations introduce their missions through face-to-face conversations and direct marketing campaigns.

We believe a good conversation can create a lasting connection. Our team represents nonprofit partners in the community, shares the purpose behind their work, and invites people to learn how they can support it. The nonprofit partners lead their programs and deliver the services their supporters make possible.

The people behind those conversations matter just as much. We train and coach our teammates through real campaign experience, encourage them to bring their own perspectives, and give them room to grow in confidence and leadership. That combination of meaningful work and a close-knit team shapes who we are at Uptown Connect.

At Uptown Connect, the relationships we build with one another are a big part of the experience. We work side by side, celebrate the small wins as well as the big ones, and make sure new teammates have people they can turn to for guidance. We want the office to feel welcoming, supportive, and full of different personalities and perspectives.

Our team culture extends beyond the campaign day. We make time for gatherings, celebrations, and shared trips because we genuinely enjoy being together. The photos here are real moments with our team: learning, traveling, laughing, and making memories outside the office.

There is also room to keep growing. Hands-on outreach gives teammates a chance to practice communication, learn from feedback, take on new responsibilities, and support the next person coming up. That mix of purpose, friendship, and personal growth is what life at Uptown Connect means to us.
